III. Pay cleaning-off foregift
　　The Company which sets up the special booth should pay the cleaning-off foregift(RMB5,000) before the construction. Once the exhibition finished and all concerned materials and garbage are moved out of Shanghai International Convention Center, the construction company can come to Shanghai International Convention & Exhibition Co., Ltd to take back the foregift.(Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30-11:30 & 13:00-17:00)
IV. Construction Badges forgift
　　The construction company should send their design (blueprint) to the organizer and then be sent to Shanghai Fire Police office to get checked and approved one month before the construction. The construction company should come to our office to do the application for the construction badges. Please bring the copies of all the workers’ ID Cards, and pay RMB50/badge as the forgift. The construction company can get back the foregift when the exhibition is finished and all the badges are returned back.

V. Procedure for the application for the construction badges

1. Download and finish the badge application form from www.sicec.net.
2. Download, sign and seal the guarantee from www.sicec.net.
3. Bring the blueprint of your booth design.
4. Bring the copy of the license of your company.
5. Bring the copies of all the ID Cards of workers.
6. Bring the copy of the operation license of electrician.

　　VI. Attention

　　·Construction is limited to a height of 5.5 meters.

　　·All the construction must be on the carpet which is equipped by
construction company.

　　·Capping structure and neon light are prohibited to be used in the
exhibition center.

　　·All trucks can only reach SHICC after 22:00 with the pass according to
the regulation of Shanghai Traffic Police Bureau.
